Digital Boost is a non-profit organisation that connects small business owners with experts in strategy, marketing, finance and more — all for free. They run webinars, masterclasses and in-person events, alongside offering 1:1 mentoring.
Their mission is to level the playing field for small businesses who can't always access the high-quality support that bigger companies take for granted.

EXPANDING THEIR MARKETING OFFERING
Digital Boost wanted to expand the levels of marketing webinars they could offer their community. When we reached out to see if we could support them, they asked us to come up with ideas for webinars that would offer genuine, practical marketing support to their audience.
Genuine Expertise
They needed presenters who were credible, practical and could connect with small business owners — not just academics or theorists.
Practical Outcomes
Every session had to leave attendees with something they could actually use — not just inspiration, but action.

what we delivered
FROM WEBINARS TO A FULL MASTERCLASS
After delivering a couple of very successful and well-received webinars, we were invited to take over the hosting of a 6-part masterclass called Small Business Jumpstart. We host each session and gradually take people on a journey for how to grow their business — covering marketing & brand strategy, websites, SEO, social media, email, and customer experience.
After delivering the first masterclass, we were employed to run it three times a year.
We have also begun doing live speaking slots for Digital Boost. In Edinburgh, we presented an interactive session all about the customer journey — illustrating why it's important to map it out and how to use it to grow your business.
