WHY WE STARTED THIS
We're James and Garry. We've been business owners, agency founders, and have run large-scale operations across a combined 50+ years. We've felt the highs and the crushing lows. We've made expensive mistakes and had the kind of wins that make it all worthwhile.
Along the way, we noticed something: most business support is either too theoretical, too expensive, or delivered by people who've never actually done it. We wanted to change that.
So we built Thirty Three Percent. A consultancy that's practical, affordable and grounded in real experience. We help business owners with the stuff that actually matters — marketing, brand, strategy, growth — and we make it feel achievable instead of overwhelming.
