When we first met, we were asked to run a webinar for their community focused on how to grow sustainably through marketing. After a great turnout and positive feedback, they came back for more — webinars, workshops, and eventually a much bigger role.
Small Business Britain was looking for presenters that brought energy, were genuine experts, and could connect authentically with their unique audience of small business owners.

what we delivered
SMALL BUSINESS CHAMPIONS
After the initial success of the webinars, we became Small Business Champions for them, running webinars and workshops covering all different facets of marketing.
We were privileged to be part of the inaugural Small & Mighty Programme — a 6-week CPD accredited programme offering both expert advice and mentoring for small businesses. We have run the signature marketing strategy and customer journey section of the programme from day one, as well as being part of the mentoring team supporting all participants.
In 2025 we also delivered our first live performance at the Science Museum on the subject of customer journeys and how to use marketing to drive people along it — taking an innovative, story-based approach to the presentation.
