THE CHALLENGE

Foursquare Group came to Thirty Three Percent looking for support with launching their Health & Safety and Operations product to a B2B market. As part of the process, the business was looking to:

  • Strategic direction

  • Setting of Mission, Vision and Values

  • Understand the right product offering

  • Identify their ideal customers

  • Clear sales process – online and offline

  • Full brand creation, including tone of voice

  • Ongoing support as marketing consultant

THE PROCESS

Our initial approach was to review the business proposition and help identify the right direction for the business, and then translate this into a clear product offering. As part of this process, we helped Foursquare refine its target audience from a broad approach to targeting a specific niche.

As part of a series of workshops with potential customers, the recommendation was to create a new brand ‘Pilla’, which would better resonate with the audience and create separation from the Foursquare Group identity.

​​

After setting the business direction, including a clear vision for the business, a marketing strategy was produced covering channel and content strategy for the new brand.

OUTPUTS

​As a result of the work, the following practical outputs were produced

  • A business structure was put in place, and clear roles for the board members were established

  • A budgeting process was introduced to the business

  • Brand identity created, as well as tone of voice and a marketing messaging strategy

  • Go-to-market strategy

  • Website planned, designed and built

  • Sales support with funnel creation, strategy for sales teams and robust processes created to ensure leads turned into clients
  • Ongoing support as board advisor to keep the team focused and remove distraction
